8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
